Crews with Atkins Construction will be busy this Saturday, February 10th as they’ll be removing the temporary traffic lights at the Eastlake and Darrington intersection.
According to a news release sent by Atkins, the closures will be short-term and run from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the intersection, and traffic will be closing for 5-10 minute intervals approximately every 3 hours, as this is a moving operation.
Motorists are encouraged to take alternate routes and plan for additional time to reach their destinations. For the public and the construction workers’ safety, motorists are also reminded to obey all traffic signs.
Closures are necessary for the removal of temporary traffic signals.
