0646- 14500th block of Desierto Lindo, Officers responded to a residential alarm. Responding officers were canceled by the alarm company.

0654- 14700th block of Dust Devil, Officers responded to a complaint of a loose dog. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the animal as described.

0847- 14000th block of Flowering Cactus, Officers responded to a complaint of a loose dog. Officers will need to conduct a follow up with owner.

0849- 14100th block of Horizon Blvd., Officers responded to a complaint of a loose dog. Officers located and contained the animal at HCPD kennel awaiting pickup by El Paso Animal Control Services.

0910- 13900th block of Horizon Blvd., Officers assisted ambulance and fire crews with a medical emergency.

0938- Officers responded to a general assistance call in the area of Rodman & Highweed.

0958- 14600th block of Horizon Blvd., Officers responded to a complaint of a loose dog. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the animal as described.

1126- 14700th block of Lago Azul, Officers responded to a complaint of suspicious subjects. Officers conducted follow up and determined the subjects were Gas Company personnel.

1247- 13600th block of Eastlake, Officers responded to a complaint of theft. The establishment employee determined no theft had taken place after all.

1517- Highweed & Rodman, Officers responded to a complaint of an ATV(s) causing a disturbance. Officers checked the area and determined the vehicles had already left.

1638- 14400th block of Desierto Bueno, Officers responded to a complaint of a person putting notes on car windows. Officers determined no illegal activity.

1713- 14400th block of Desierto Lindo, Officers responded to a complaint of a person throwing rocks at windows. Officers generated a report.

1746- 500th block of Lauren, Officers responded to a report of a runaway juvenile’s return to home. Officers met with the minor and determined no injury or illness.

1824- Officers responded to a complaint of a vehicle causing a disturbance in the area of Darrington & Corby. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the vehicle as described.

1829- 15300th block of Woodhill, Officers responded to a child custody dispute. The complainant left the area before officers were able to meet with them.

1839- 400th block of Hadley, Officers responded to a complaint of identity theft. Officers provided information.

0008- 14000th block of Horizon Blvd, Officers responded to a complaint of theft. Officers generated a police report.

0010- 13900th block Horizon Blvd., Officers responded to a domestic disturbance. Officers determined the extent of the altercation was verbal in nature.

0028- Officers responded to a commercial alarm in the 14100th block of McMahon. Officers checked the premises and determined a false alarm.

March 22nd: One Arrest

0718- Horizon Blvd. & Crocker, Officers located a person wanted by Horizon City Municipal Court. The person was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility.

0736- 14500th block Hartsdale, officers assisted a stranded motorist.

0740- 700th block fo Rudi Kuefner, Officers responded to an unattended death. Officers generated a report and investigators arranged to follow up with the medical examiner.

1038- Officers responded to a motor vehicle crash in the area of Darrington & Horizon Blvd. Officers investigated the collision and generated a CR-3 crash report.

1129- 700th block of Nazareno, Officers responded to a 911 hangup call. Officers met with the home occupants and determined no emergency.

1319- 13600th block of Horizon Blvd, Officers responded to a request for a wellness and safety check of a person in a vehicle. Officers checked the vehicle and determined the vehicle was empty.

1328- 14400th block of Horizon Blvd, Officers responded to a commercial alarm. Officers checked the premises and determined a false alarm.

1408- 14600th block of Horizon Blvd., Officers responded to a complaint of a person causing a disturbance. Officers located the person and issued a trespass warning.

1410- 15000th block of Horizon Blvd, Officers responded to a report of a person in need of medical assistance. Officers assisted ambulance and medical crews.

1438- 14200th block of Desert Sage, Officers responded to a child custody dispute. Officers provided information.

1440- Officers responded to a complaint of an unruly child at the 400th block of Sand Verbena. Officers met with the parent and child.

1619- At the Horizon City PD headquarters, Officers responded to a complaint of Identity Theft. Officers provided information.

1700- 14700th block of Dust Devil, Officers responded to a domestic disturbance. Officers determined the extent of the altercation was verbal in nature. Officers asked parties involved to separate for the day.

1705- Officers responded to a complaint of a vehicle causing a disturbance in the area of Horizon Blvd. & Darrington Rd. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the vehicle as described.

1753- 14200th block of Desert Sage, Officers responded to a child custody dispute. During the course of the incident, Officers determined one of the parties involved was wanted on a criminal warrant. Officers booked the person into the El Paso County Detention Facility.

1943- Officers responded to a complaint of a vehicle causing a disturbance in the area of Rodman & Highweed. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the vehicle as described.

2330- Officers responded to a motor vehicle crash in the area of Horizon Blvd. & Darrington Rd. Officers investigated the collision and generated a CR-3 crash report.

0140- 14000th block of Horizon Blvd., Officers responded to a complaint of a suspicious vehicle. Officers located the vehicle and determined a juvenile to be the driver. Officers released the juvenile to parents and issued citations respectively.

March 21st: No Arrests

0921- 14300th block of Desert Wind, Officers responded to a complaint of a theft of vehicle. Officers conducted investigation and determined the vehicle was repossessed by a collections agency and not stolen.

0938- 13800th block of Horizon Blvd, Officers responded to a complaint of a fire alarm. Officers and HCFD checked on the premises and determined a false alarm.

0953- 14000th block of Jeweled Desert, Officers responded to a request for a health and safety check. Officers met with the person in question and determined no need for emergency intervention.

1123- Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the area of Horizon Blvd. & Darrington Rd. A motorist reported two people possibly involved in an altercation. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate activity as described.

1210- 13900th block of Horizon Blvd, Officers responded to a complaint of theft. Officers conducted investigation and determined parties were involved in a civil contention over jewelry. Officers provided information.

1248- At the Horizon City PD headquarters, Officers met with a person with additional information regarding a crash report.

1340- 13600th block of Eastlake, Officers responded to a commercial alarm. Officers checked the premises and determined a false alarm.

1448- 14300th block of Desert Cactus, Officers responded to a complaint of burglary of habitation and discovered subjects in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Subjects were charged respectively.

1545- 13600th block of Horizon Blvd., Officers responded to a complaint of a subject causing a disturbance. Officers met with the person in question and issued a warning.

1925- 13600th block of Horizon Blvd., Officers responded to a complaint of a possible kidnapping. Officers determined no kidnapping had taken place and provided the complainant with information.

0330- 13900th block of Pete LaRue, Officers assisted fire and ambulance crews with a medical emergency.

0328- Officers discovered a driver in possession of marijuana during a traffic stop in the area of Cow Tongue & Barrel Cactus. Charges against the driver will be filed with the DA’s Office as non-arrest.

March 20th: No Arrests

0803- 1600th block of Hartsdale, Officers responded to a complaint of criminal mischief, a vehicle was keyed. Officers initiated a police report.

0913- Officers responded to a complaint of vehicles causing a disturbance in the area of Ascension & Horizon Blvd. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the vehicle as described.

1446- 14300th block of Desert Fire, Officers responded to a residential fire alarm. Officers and HCFD checked the home and determined false alarm.

1515- 13900th block of Horizon Blvd, Officers responded to a motor vehicle crash. Officers investigated the collision and generated a police report.

1820- 14400th block of Thayer Pease, Officers responded to a request for a safety and wellness check. Officers located the person in question and determined no need for emergency intervention.

1826- Officers responded to a complaint of a vehicle causing a disturbance in the area of Kenazo & Northport. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the vehicle as described.

1928- 13900th block of Horizon Blvd, Officers responded to a complaint of a natural gas leak. Officers and HCFD determined a false alarm.

2203- 14700th block of Cactus Ridge, Officers responded to a domestic disturbance. Officers determined the extent of the altercation was verbal in nature. Officers asked parties involved to separate for the night.

0409- 500th block of Katherine, Officers responded to a complaint of a person causing a disturbance. Officers located the person and conducted an emergency detention for mental/ emotional health observation.

March 19th: One Arrest

0634- 200th block of Tierra Linda, Officers responded to a complaint of a loose dog, Officers were able to contain the animal which was held at HCPD kennel awaiting pickup by animal control services.

0814- At the Horizon City PD headquarters, Officers responded to a complaint of graffiti. Officers provided information.

0934- 700th block of Desert Sage, Officers responded to a complaint of a loose dog, Officers were able to contain the animal which was held at HCPD kennel awaiting pickup by animal control services.

1042- 400th block of Las Palomas, Officers responded to a complaint of a runaway juvenile. The juvenile returned as Officers were conducting preliminary investigation.

1113- 700th block of Villa Seca, Officers responded to a domestic disturbance. Officers determined no domestic disturbance, two people involved in a civil contention over property. Parties were directed to seek mediation.

1210- Officers issued a red tag parking ordinance violation warning to a vehicle parked in violation of municipal parking ordinance at the 700th block of Nazareno.

1219- 700th block of Danube, Officers responded to complaint of theft. The complainant was not present at home to make the report.

1233- 14200th block of Desert Sky, Officers responded to a residential alarm. Officers checked the residence and determined false alarm.

1305- 14200th block of Horizon Blvd., Officers discovered a wanted person by the Horizon Municipal Court. The person was referred to the HCMC warrants officer.

1312- 13900th block of Horizon Blvd., Officers responded to a motor vehicle crash. Drivers exchanged information at the scene.

1400- At the Horizon City PD headquarters, Officers responded to a complaint of harassment. Officers provided information.

1522- 14700th block of Sand Gate, Officers responded to a complaint of a subject disturbing. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate activity as described.

1615- 14100th block of McMahon, Officers responded to a complaint of a person with a knife. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the subject as described.

1636- 400th block of Desert Dandelion, Officers responded to a complaint of a loose dog. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the animal as described.

1638- 14700th block of Canyon Breeze, Officers responded to a complaint of assault. Officers provided information.

1649- 1400th block of Corby, Officers responded to a hit and run crash. Officers generated a report.

1704- 13600th block of Horizon Blvd. Officers responded to a complaint of a domestic disturbance. Officers met with parties involved and determined no altercation to have taken place. They were just being loud.

1737- At the Horizon City PD headquarters, Officers received additional information on an ongoing case.

2101- 14300th block of Desierto Lindo, Officers responded to a complaint of a subject disturbing. Officers checked the area and met with the person in question and determined no illegal activity.

0028- 13800th block of Horizon Blvd., Officers responded to a commercial alarm. Officers checked the premises and determined a false alarm.

0124- Officers checked a suspicious vehicle at the 600th block of Villa Romero. Officers discovered one occupant in possession of meth. Officers booked the person into the El Paso County Detention Facility.

0224- 14100th block of Lago Seco, Officers responded to a complaint of loud noise. Officers met with the homeowners and issued a warning.

March 18th: No Arrests

1006- 14100th block of Highweed, Officers responded to a complaint of a missing person. Officers conducted investigation and determined that the person was in the custody of another law enforcement agency.

1311- 13600th block of Horizon Blvd. Officers checked on personnel at the Providence hospital.

1308- At the Horizon City PD headquarters, Officers responded to a child custody dispute. Officers provided information.

1534- 600th block of Orchid, Officers responded to a domestic disturbance, Officers determined the extent of the altercation was verbal in nature and asked parties involved to separate for the day in order to cool down.

1709- Officers responded to a complaint of a vehicle causing a disturbance in the area of McMahon & Kenazo Ave. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the vehicle as described.

1717- 14800th block of Horizon Blvd, Officers responded to a complaint of theft. Officers generated a police report.

1824- 13900th block of Jeweled Desert, Officers responded to a complaint of a missing person. Officers provided information.

1854- At the Horizon City PD headquarters, Officers responded to a complaint of stolen identity. Officers provided information.

2330- Officers checked a vehicle in the area of Venny Webb & Rodman. Officers determined no illegal activity.

0133- Officers checked a vehicle in the area of Chazzy & McMahon. Officers determined no illegal activity.

0226- Officers responded to a commercial alarm at the 13900th block of Horizon Blvd, Officers checked the establishment and determined a false alarm.
