CAPTURED: Sex Offender #12 Daniel Brown Arrested by DPS

El Paso County Sheriff’s officials announced Monday night that the escaped sex offender Daniel Brown was arrested Friday night.

EPCSO Officials say that DPS agents arrested Brown on the 3200 block of North Piedras, El Paso. Brown was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on Friday, September 22, 2017.

Brown was featured as wanted by the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office and the DPS Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders.

The parade of sex offenders leaving the facilities just south of Horizon and then not returning continues, as law enforcement searches for the 12th escapee of the year.

According to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, Daniel Garcia Brown left the El Paso Transitional Living Center, just across from the Sparks neighborhood on Saturday, August 5, 2017.

Officials say that Brown was allowed to go to work but never returned to the facility and his whereabouts are now unknown. He is now wanted on a parole violation warrant and an additional charge of Sex Offenders Duty to Register is forthcoming.

His sex offense(s) are for Aggravated Sexual Assault and Aggravated Kidnapping Bi/Sexual Abuse the victim being a 24-year-old female. He is currently on parole for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Requirements. No other information is available at this time.
