EPCSO searching for sex offender who cut off tracker, left facility on Monday

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is again requesting help from the community in locating a sex offender who left the facility just south of Horizon City, across the street from the Sparks neighborhood.

According to EPCSO officials, on October 14, 2019, Tyler Alex Brandl left the El Paso MultiUse Facility located at 1700 Horizon Boulevard.

Officials say that Brandl cut off his ankle monitor, walked away from the facility and his whereabouts are now unknown.

He is now wanted on a Parole Violation and an additional charge of Sex Offenders Duty to Register is forthcoming. His sex offense is for Aggravated Sexual Assault, the victim being a 17-year-old female at the time of the offense. He is on parole for said offense.
