UPDATE 6/6: According to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, on June 1, 2019, Francisco Cisneros was taken into custody.
Cisneros was captured along the 10900 block of Montwood Drive and booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility by the El Paso Police Department.

On Friday morning, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is requested assistance from the community in locating Francisco Cisneros.
On Thursday, May 23, 2019, Cisneros left the El Paso Multi-Use Facility located at 1700 Horizon Boulevard, just 2 miles south of Horizon City and across the street from the Sparks neighborhood.
Cisneros’ whereabouts are unknown.
He is now wanted on a parole violation and an additional charge of Sex Offenders Duty to Register is forthcoming. His sex offense is for Sexual Assault of a Child out of the State of Texas, the victim being a 16-year-old female.
Cisneros is currently on parole for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and Evading Arrest Detention with a Vehicle.
